The Chain

When something happens, we have THOUGHTS about it. Those thoughts make us have FEELINGS. And those feelings make us DO things (behaviours). Let's trace the chain!

What went through my head?

Happy, sad, scared, angry, worried?

What did my body do? What actions did I take?

Remember

  • All feelings are okay to have
  • We can change our thoughts to feel better
  • Ask a grown-up for help when feelings are too big
